Манотиқи Тоҷикӣ (форсӣ) забон дар Ҷумҳурии Узбекистон. Дар ин манотиқ аксарияти сокинон забони точикӣ ба унвони забони аслӣ ва модари гап мезаданд. Қабл аз даврони Иттиҳоди Шӯравӣ, дар дигар манотиқ ин забон низ ба унвони забони расмӣ истифода дошт. Мутаассифона дар Ҷумҳурии Узбекистон аз замони оғози Иттиҳоди Шӯравӣ то кунун забони Тоҷикӣ ҳеч мақоми расмӣ надошта аст.
Persian speaking regions in the Republic of Uzbekistan. In these regions, the majority of the population speaks the Tajiki dialect of Persian as their original and mother language. Prior to the establishment of the Soviet Union the Persian language was also used as the official language in other regions. Unfortunately from the time of the establishment of the Soviet Union the Persian language has had no official or legal status or recognition in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
